Product sales configuration software supplier Tacton Systems, has announced that it is now cooperating with Digital Engineering Consulting, Inc. (DECi). Under the agreement, DECi will become a Tacton Configurator reseller in South Korea. Tacton says that the agreement shows how the company is expanding its commitment to strategic business partnerships within the PLM arena.

Ophthonix, a San Diego-based, venture-funded ophthalmic company producing “high definition” vision technology, has received a 10th patent supporting its ability to fully customize its iZon Wavefront-Guided Lens.
