Build-A-Bear Makes Acquisitions
Build-A-Bear Workshop, the soft toy retailer where children can make their own stuffed bear, have bought The Bear Factory, a British company which operates a similar concept in the U.K.
They have also taken over their U.K. franchisee, Amsbra, Ltd.
