It’s been a while coming, but I’ve finally got the re-design that I had been planning for a while sorted out. Late last year, it became clear to me that I could not continue to update the site regularly, due to the cumbersome system that I was using to publish new articles. I’ve now switched to the WordPress blogging platform, which will allow me to publish more frequent updates on developments in the world of mass customization.
One of my main considerations was to build a new publishing system that would allow a smooth transition, especially for those readers who use the existing RSS feeds from this site. The process is gradual and ongoing. The new RSS feed is ‘full content’, which allows a user to read the full text of each article directly from their aggregator. The existing ‘partial content’ feeds will be re-directed during the coming days.
If you’re new to this site, welcome and thanks for dropping by. If you are a regular visitor, please accept my apologies for the long delay in publishing news (since January, in fact). There is a lot of catching up to do!
