DirectSmile makes image personalization software available free of charge

Image personalization software supplier DirectSmile, has launched its new DirectSmile Designer layout software. DirectSmile have taken the decision to make the non-commercial version of the product available free of charge. All users can now download the non-commercial licence offering full design functionality from www.directsmile.de/designer.

Users can create images, and fonts and generate complete image personalization templates themselves. In addition, DirectSmile Designer allows users to save high-resolution images.

The software enables the user to work with all available fonts. The new 3D Effect Filter for light, texture, and relief effects allows for the realistic adjustment of typefaces to all backgrounds. The software supports layers, new perspective tools and comprehensive frame functions facilitate the generation of sophisticated personalized designs.

Especially developed for the needs of graphic designers, the user interface and workflows resemble the look and feel of popular layout programmes, which should make learning the software easier for non-professionals.

In addition to the non-commercial version, a commercial licence of the DirectSmile Designer is available at a price of 490 EUR in the DirectSmile Online Shop. This company recently merged its operations with AlphaPicture, which was covered in a previous post on this site.
